Here, fancy residences are located. Most of them of relatively young construction. Miramar has a very clean environment, and it has wide natural parks. This zone is about 20 min from the city.

The best options, concerning commodities, to take are right here. This zone has commercial centers, stores and specialized hospitals. Important meeting centers, like Palacio de las Convenciones, Centro de Convenciones Miramar, and PABEXPO, serve as conventions centers, international symposiums and international ferias of commerce and busines. Another centers of your interest could be the National Aquarium, the Superior Institute of Arts (ISA), La Casa de la Música, and El Bosque de la Habana. 

The most notable hotels that can be found here are Hotel Chateau, Hotel Comodoro, Hotel Tritón. The Dos Gardenias restaurant is very attractive, where famous cuban artists play every night.
